my one week old baby has a lump under her right nipple. i googled it (risky, but i did it anyway) and the result was its a very common thing. we just had her in the ER last night for a head cold, is this something worth going back for?

No. Babies get those lumps under their nipples. Boys and girls. They are from our hormones. Do not squeeze or mess with it. Some actually have milk (witches milk) and girls can also gave a "period" as newborns. I know..weird right??!! The lump is normal and fine.
