Does the dog park have a fence around it? Emily is a medium size, very friendly dog who likes to explore, but we live in Mont belvieu apts. Where she has to be on a leash when outdoors at all times. I'd like to allow her a little more freedom.

Yes there's a fence around the dog park no leash needed in there, but at the park itself yes.

The dog park section is fenced off with an 8 foot fence around an acre or so. Let em loose

Yes! It is completely fenced. It is a large area divided in to two separate dog parks. One for small dogs and puppies and the other for larger dogs. My girls love the park here. Plus Jenkins has pretty trails to walk through (pup has to be leashed though). Highly recommend you visit.
