why schedule a service appointment if it really does not mean that your vehicle will be serviced around the appointment time. was told that a drive-in without an appointment will get serviced just as fast or slow.

Drive in was delayed for me previously but appointment got promt attention

Usually it works out fine. Schedule early am is better. Drive in is usually faster.
