Not sure. Perhaps they did a comparison w/other restaurants.
Sometime price increases can cause a business to lose customers. Idk how long ago they've raised their prices, but..... Anywho, I hope they keep this in mind.

My husband and I had bake potatoes and they where good but a little dry once you mix it up its more potatoes than toppings it looks like a lot cause it's all sitting on
You should've took it back and made them give you some more
My rib plate had meat that was hard and dry.
