Around $80 bucks, they seem to have been cut specifically for being cook in a pit. A wide variety of meat cuts for southern style( African American) cooking, which don't bother me a bit, since I fancy it myself, and even cook it for my family to enjoy. There's never any leftovers! I once cooked a whole case of turkey necks, in a Louisiana style stew, okra, matoes, red potatoes, sweet potatoes, 🌽 etc., and at the end of the day, all of it was gone!
