Do they sell UNSLICED pork belly or should I call the day before to place an order? Other butcher shops I've talked to told me they only sell sliced pork belly. I need a shop that will sell me a whole pork belly.

They have whole pork belly but you do have to call to make sure...people get them cut up fast
