Yes anyone can go there its a community center I taught classes for Metrolift over there to seniors but it's like multi service center.
No, anyone 18 yrs up (under w/ adult). Also on west end of park is the Senior education Center, 55 +. Both require registration. Website: www.pct3.com for activity/club meets/classes. All free (clubs may charge)
