Of the choices on the Strip, Circus Circus. My kids loved it, but remember, it's still primarily a casino. We stayed at Excalibur with the kids recently, and the employees of Excalibur were relentlessly rude to our children (even though we were staying there) and us for even thinking of bringing them there. Keep in mind they have a giant arcade in the basement. I recommend staying off the strip in a normal hotel that has a shuttle to the strip.
