They don't but u can rent a car at the airport keep in mind that the Tahiti has regularly scheduled shuttles to the strip daily. There are stores (Walgreens, Starbucks) and a few restaurants within walking distance and a shuttle to the grocery. also Ubers are pretty inexpensive.
