They not letting you in with Jordans or tims and a fedora is the only hat they allow and I've seen guys in there with jeans and t-shirt just long as u have on dress shoes.. no sneakers or shorts And my experience with the "free" guest list is that you have to have even ratio of girls and guys.. u get to skip the line but you'll have to pay if the ratio isn't even

If your a hotel guest you and 1 or 2 ppl can request to get on the guest list for access before 1am I believe but you must all enter together and you have to put your name on list up to a week ahead of event; club were is what they say for dress, no swimsuits or such
