Back when the store was on Tropicana and Pecos it was owned buy a guy named Jim who was a customer at the comic book store I used to work at when I was a kid called page after page the greatest comic book store in the world back in the 80s

Hello, My name is Brian. Jim & his brother John opened the store in March 1996. I moved to Las Vegas in Sept 1996 and immediately started getting my weekly comic fix from Cosmic Comics! Jim & I became good friends over the years and in late 2008 John offered to sell me his half of the store. I few years ago I paid Jim for his half of the store and he retired from Cosmic Comics for personal reasons. Jim is doing well and stops by the store from time to time to visit and enjoy some comical booklets.

So from what I heard Jim is a small Silent Partner now I heard for health reasons he doesn't even go to the store hardly anymore

Jim owns it. Family mostly work there only.

It's a nice store. I took my grandson. I don't know much about it. Sorry.
