Not sure, call the office for confirmation. But, my experience from visiting there says I have seen a lot of the rv's looking older than 10 years. (My step daughter has been grandfathered in since the 90's before her section of the park became exclusively an RV park. Her place is a small permanent trailor).
I live here. My coach is a 1998. Personally, I think it's more. I do know they allow up to 20, but depending on how it looks.
