I would call and ask them. As far as I know the one who does the ceremony has to sign the papers.
I believe you have to get it signed in the state you are married in.

My wife and I went there for an informal vow renewal ceremony. Great fun. No paperwork. Call them.

you need to get a marrage licence but you can get it at the airport . if you want it to count u need it
