To PP I agree we should conserve the water but there are so many other things we can do to help that, stop littering it on the first place. I think it's not such a harm if kids have some fun. Adults are the ones who should stop doing harm!
Please permanently turn off the water at Paseos Park. We are in a desert in the midst of an unprecedented water shortage and historic drought. Although I agree it's beautiful out and I too wish the children a good time it just does not make sense to waste such a valuable resource. I mean no disrespect, just think Nevada (and the entire Southwestern U.S.) should conserve water immediately before it's too late.
I called the county about a week ago and they said they wouldn't turn on the water until May 1st.
