Im not sure if they have a shut off hour. I was there today until 7:20 pm and the splash pad was still operational.
I think water button is active from May 1 thru summer. Push the button, the water cycle is about 10 min. I believe you can do this any hour of the day, but parks are generally closed dusk-dawn.
Yes, it's seasonal. But then the park's hours are sunrise to sumset or 9.30 pm
If you are referencing the children's water play. Its seasonal not hourly
