For the Morning give away you just go and give your name. Mon. Wed. And Fri from 12pm to 2pm. And for the Wed night give away you mmust bring ID for every adult in your home that you need food for and fill out a 1 page application. It is very easy. They are a really GREAT PROGRAM. GREAT PEOPLE also!
