An actual Apple store, there is no repair facility for Apple products in a Best Buy.

I would do the Apple store if you are having issues. They have access to much more information and it's the most direct contact with the company. Best Buy doesn't really have a store outlet for Apple products. Its staff are just trained in Apple products, and depending on your question you may or may not get lucky with an answer depending on how knowledgeable a Best Buy rep is in the product. V.S. Apple store where employee's live and breath the product.
Apple Store is the way to go. Deer Park or Woodfield location is closest to CL.
