We bought several rebate items and then went shopping at several other stores. When we got back to our home in Ohio, we realized we had lost our receipt, is there anything we can do?

I don't know my experience has been that I had to go back to the store that the purchase was made because they needed the time, the date and the register. I hope that's not the case for you.

If you made your purchase with a debit or credit card you can go into most Menards and go to the self-service kiosk and with that debit or credit card that you used you can search and find your receipt that way you can get your rebate. I hope that was helpful.

The Fort Wayne Menards has a self serve kiosk that allows you to search for purchases and print the receipt.

Pretty sure Menards utilize electronic receipts (for credit card purchases). They should be able to retrieve your receipt.
