It's a Greek style pan pizza... Because I am also Greek and all the recipes go back 30 plus years, originally coming from Greece and we continue to make the dough the same way as we did back then .. always use the freshest ingredients and make things daily as many times as we need . Mr Ninos and icon of Greenfield that started the pizzeria in this location many many years ago, and was one of the first ones in town to open a Pizza place... Knowing the family since then I couldn't be happier when this location became available and now he will be my landlord... one big happy family and I mean that from my heart, the nicest people you can do business with... So i am very proud to continue the tradition in this location that Mr Ninos and his family started years ago.....thank you everyone and looking forward seeing you here !!
Sofia's is Greek style, cut in squares. This business was once owned by a family from Greece, and the new owners use the same recipes and suppliers as the original owners, so the pizza tastes almost identical to the style when I grew up in this neighborhood.
