I have 4 mirrors and 2 pieces of clear glass that are about 3/8 inch too wide. Right now they are 9 1/4 by 7 1/2 inches. Could you give me an estimate for cutting 3/8 inch off one side of each one?

They do not cut glass

Normally the cuts are free if you purchase the product there so you would have to call and ask any small Do It Best Ace Hardware a smaller outfit my charge of a few dollars to cut it
