That is a very good station, a lot of seating areas if you have to wait long. There is a desk to purchase tickets and ask questions. If is closed there is also a wall screen with schedule. Also inside there is a place to eat.

There is a place to eat and they have bus schedules up on screens. If he doesn't see his bus information just wait the screen switches every couple minutes. The employee that works the food stand can probably direct him to anything he needs. It is a really nice station. He shouldn't need to go outside for anything but if he stepped out it is in a pretty nice area.
