Had reservations for our Anniversary dinner on a Saturday night. We were not notified of a pipe problem. At this point we were not able to get into another restaurant. I think Mr. BENNEYS should give us a free meal.

Are you kidding me. How in the hell were they suppose to know their pipe was gonna break. This fine dining restaurant has been in business for probably longe then you have been alive. Trust me, that are doing things the right way. They tried to notify everyone that had reservations that night and the following night. Stop trying to get a free meal whenever the opportunity arises.

Yes you so right, what good to make a reservation, we call to make a reservation for our anniversary, they don't have my name down, they should have our phone number but they don't care.
