Slow kitchen?
Hi Mick, thanks for the inquiry. It's possible that the host was allowing some time for a server to get caught up before they were able to make it out to the patio. We want to make sure our guests have the best experience possible and in certain situations that means we have to increase our wait time to make sure our staff is capable of providing the service you deserve.
Weird. I would ask the restaurant management. Maybe it's some unique rule or someone didn't show up. Seems out of character for the restaurant though. They are usually very prompt.
Underststaff? It was that way Friday night. Food was delicious. Pizza, flat bread, wings, good bar food.
Yes I agree the kitchen is slow even through out the late week.
