Just spoke to sales rep and they want me to push the problem on to the Warranty I bought despite it being less than 90 days from the purchase date;is this ethical?

First, is it a new vehicle? Or a used one? Also what is your deductible? Most deductible are around $100.00. If it is a new behicle go to a different dealership. If it is a used vehicle, talk to the sales manager and maybe you'll get further then talking to a sales person. Some times managers can make exceptions and help customers out, Just to keep the customers happy. I also would like to advice you that used cars are sold as is, so is up to you to do an inspection before you buy. Good luck!!
