Terrible service not at all . I don't see that. I shop regularly . They have great customer service in Xenia store.
Yes when i did get help they said they didn't work in that dept. Restroom was filthy they need more help

No we have never had a problem. You may have to go to the service desk and ask for someone. They will get someone to help you right away.

For the most part Services pretty good especially from the people on the floor. I have had occasional problems with extremely long lines and a lack of professionalism and service at the checkout counter. Overall shopping at Rural King is more of a value shopping Adventure so at the end of the day dollar-for-dollar I would still rate it a pretty good value and worthy of trying again
