Tickets can be purchased in person. They have several departure times available and plenty of restaurants and shops to pass time

You can buy them onsite too.

We purchased them onsite on the day of our tour. The tickets were Ticketmaster tickets, so I am guessing that is the case regardless of how they are purchased.
