Hi Tom! We are so sorry to hear about your experience! We stress test our apples to remove rotten ones. If you do receive bad apples, it's typically because the apples get too warm after leaving our facility. Your best bet is to try and return them to the store you purchased them from for a refund. Otherwise, we'd be happy to send you a coupon for a replacement, please just contact our Customer Service team at (847) 588-2900 and they can assist you.
