All dozen times I have been in there I have been able to communicate fine. If you find it difficult to hear, order online and you can pick up in store!
I've never had a problem with the music being to loud. I enjoy it and will sing along. That's most of this chain's atmosphere. Let loose and sing along 😊
It is a bit loud. More for the younger crowd I am guessing. You should take it up with the Manager rather than walking out cause then it would be brought to their attention and maybe do what you want. And the food is so worth it. 😉

That's not very convenient now is it. What sit in the parking lot and order online. I got a idea.like other folks in line agreed. Turn the freaking music down.its not a nightclub. It was lunch time.
