Take them home on ice. Cook the same day or even easier have them steamed for free at the store.
Plastic bag filled with water. Put it in a cooler.
They can live in a bag for the ride home. I would cook them the same day.
I think Wegmans puts them in a large plastic bags filled with water for you to get them home in and once you get them home either keep them in the bathtub filled with water until you use them or in a cooler filled with water until you use them
