It's easier to make an appt. The wait for walk-ins can be long. There have also been times that I have been in shop and they were so busy and shorthanded that they were turning away anyone who didnt have an appt. So I always make an appt.

I've walked in before but I did have to wait awhile for my service. It was on a weekend, I believe. They were quite packed. I usually just make an appointment now
