That's when it's on special, you can order anytime at regular price.
They serve chicken fried steak any time but what is Wednesday is probably there special. 🤔 I'm sure if you call KFC and ask them. They could clarify this better for you then I could considering I don't work there just given you a heads up. But if your asking if there food is good then yes it is.
