Well if the extra ice is in a tea then it melts when the liquid hits it anyways cause Sonic's tea comes out hot like any tea when it's freahly made.

Should not be a problem. I aiways order extra ice. Before she accepts the drink ask if they put in extra ice. She could also ask for the supervisor.
