I showed up at 4 PM Tuesday and was turned away. Why would I get turned away if they are open until 5pm. Now my tags are expired and I am illegal. Why would they turn me away an hour before they close?

They stop doing things like drivers tests and written tests at 3:30 so maybe they stop doing everything around then.

They will close for weather sometimes

I take that answer as sarcastic. No matter how true it is, it doesnt help me any. This is the 2nd time I have shown up and they was closed when they were supposed to be open

Wow, Im not sure. They usually have plenty of help there...

Because its Missouri and everything opens and closes when it wants.
