You shouldn't have problem, but you probably won't have time to walk to the Kimmel from Bistro La Minette..
Did similar thing from 5:45 and 8:00 by walking. We are slow eater. So it's very possible.
Agree that leaving the driving to Uber or cab is the best option. Also, anytime I've told a server we need to be out the door by a certain time they've made sure that happens.
You could do it if your Not driving and then looking for a place to park. Use Uber

Possible, but you're cutting a bit tight. For a Prix Fixe menu def not. A la carte you could probably make it work.
