No it does not cost anything. You will need to bring a photo ID as well as a piece of mail with your name and address to show you live in Polk County. We have 4 branches and are connected with 37 libraries in MO. We can likely find what you're looking for. Tonight is our wet and wild event. 5pm-7pm. Free hot dogs, chips, and drinks, along with water games for kids. Food will be served at 6. THIS IS FREE even if you don't have a card. This is at our Bolivar location.
