It depends on if you will be the bridegroom or a guest. I did see some camping grounds nearby that might be acceptable but I drove the straight 3 hours back to Saint Louis However, the bride and groom had nice accommodations on site as an option.
Springfield is a straight 45 minutes south. There are some places in Buffalo but none that I would recommend.
