I think their staff is constantly on the floor during store hours and they keep a small staff to reduce store costs. Almost every time I go. They have lots of product being stocked and customers at checkout. It's just a theory I have since I shop there often and it's always like that.
I called where it says call when I looked them up. It was the corporate office recording saying they do not give out individual store numbers because of efficiency. There was a big long spill on why then you are told to go to the website to contact them.
I've seen them advertise jobs on their sign. They definitely do every thing they can to keep costs down. I'm not sure having someone there to answer phones is cost effective at all. Everyone that works there does all the jobs in the store. I would suggest going to the store and asking a real person about employment or trying a corporate number for suggestions.
But still they should have someone answering there phone some people like to look for jobs
