Ask for Bryan. He's the store manager. If you have a complaint, maybe you should contact their corporate office. They recently went through new ownership as a company. Things need to settle down. Bryan is a complete rude jackass. He was rude and when I told him “perhaps you shouldn’t be in a customer service job” he literally told me to leave & threatened to call the police. The jackass part comes when I replied with “ you’re being ridiculous right now” and he called the police & had them site me for trespassing. I’m a disabled 50 year old woman and do not appear threatening at all. Great management material there! SMH Perhaps the employee turnover rate is due to him…? No thanks AT & T, after years of business we went straight to T-Mobile and you should too!
