Bryan is a complete rude jackass. He was rude and when I told him âperhaps you shouldnât be in a customer service jobâ he literally told me to leave & threatened to call the police. The jackass part comes when I replied with â youâre being ridiculous right nowâ and he called the police & had them site me for trespassing. Iâm a disabled 50 year old woman and do not appear threatening at all. Great management material there! SMH Perhaps the employee turnover rate is due to himâŠ? No thanks AT & T, after years of business we went straight to T-Mobile and you should too!
