Update: Phones are back up and running.
Every time it rings when I'm in there they answer it. Denver may not hear it ring, his hearing is not great.
I'm in Greenfield and I get the same thing they actually do answer the phone but they are severely understaffed so if it's busy it's just going to ring and ring
Check your number. The folks there are always friendly and work hard. Im sure they are not just ignoring you. Sorry for your troubles tho.
