Lowe's needs to reprogram your automated phone system. When I press zero, I expect to get a human. I wanted to verify your hours because it was a holiday, but the computer refused to let go of my call. The computer hours was for a normal day.

That's fine, but automated systems should NOT hijack calls. Zero means, "I want to talk to a human." Always...
