Yes! Across the street from where people park there's a road that's kinda steep but we got up it fine with our truck, then there's some nice puddles we drove through but keep going straight. You'll see the buildings in the left but if you keep going straight it will bring you around to be able to drive in from the side.
If you take a look on the terrain view on google maps, you can actually see the "road" that is more like a dirt driveway into the site.
