Why do they never answer their phone?

The cashier has a nasty attitude all the time the woman & the man who sometimes work the register but, the food is good more times then its bad they have their days sometimes it's dry

There is always a long line and, only one cashier, who is also in charge of answering the phone. She does both at the same time and, I'm sure all calls do not get through

All I can say is they are very popular, so when they don't answer that means it's a long line at the restaurant. It's dinner time on a Friday evening so I can guarantee they are packed right now. If you have the time maybe you would be better off just going there.
