Yesssss! Veggie plates can be very very healthy if you choose the right combo. Some of the spices including, salt based and MSG based that are cooked in the standard meat/fish/poultry pot are not necessarily good for you.
In theory any food can make people healthy depending on how it's made and portion control. Having said that the portions are large the food is pretty rich. Unless you ate it in 2-3 settings you would be consuming too much.
If you are looking for health food, Ob's isn't for you. The food there is absolutely delicious but not on the healthy side.
