Seems like phone orders pretty much came in, picked up their food, paid for it and left. I placed my late afternoon on a weekday order in person and watched for a bit. I would ask when you place your order.
The service and ordering online is the worse. Now on 3 occasions I have placed and order online and they have not had the capacity to fill it.
