Call and make a new client appointment and they will explain all the services they offer. I'm pretty sure they can help.
You just have to go in and they will give you all the information that they have to help you. A pantry, a list of jobs, contact people and you can get vouchers for their resell shop.
They might help with some things. They'll give you free groceries once a month, mostly bread and snack foods, and try to get the Salvation Army to pay your electric once you receive a shut off notice. I'm not sure what a lot fee is or if they can help with that.
