I purchased a pair of shoes an Friday 30th. 8 pm, when I got home I found out that I had a shoe 7.5 the other one is 8.0 but on the box says 9, called on Sunday 12:30 the mangr. had big attitude.

This is also your fault because you didn't checked before you leave, but you are costumer who deserve respect. The best you can do is do not buy anything there and ask for your reimbursement.
