The current hours of operation are as follows Monday-Friday: 7AM - 7:30PM Saturday: 7 AM - 4 PM Sunday: 7 AM - 3 PM

I was there on a Monday from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. a couple of weeks ago. So I think you should be able to enter at that time on any weekday. However, I don't know about weekend hours, so you might call for those before you visit!
