Can i shoot without a foid card? My wife has a foid card. She was also looking to purchase her first firearm this weekend when we go shooting.

If you are an Illinois resident and are accompanied by a FOID card holder, you may shoot one time at our range. After that, you must apply for and receive a FOID card.
