Consultations are not free they are $15. However that price vets deducted from your first styling appointment. The consultation varies based on what it is you're looking to do. Honestly I don't think they do much by way of actually discussing, scalp, hair type etc. Or not that I've seen and I have gone there a lot. I have been natural 5 yrs noe with waistlength hair.
