I was trying to buy tickets online and I was charging me $4.50 for booking fee. Would I be charged that if I buy the tickets in person? If it's not can I buy the tickets days before the day? Sorry I don't go to the movies a lot..

No. You're basically paying for a guaranteed seat online

You do not have to pay that if you go to the location but you do run the risk of not having prime seats because the seats are reserved. You also run the risk of it being sold out or being seperated from your group.
